Pet Boarding

Resort Policies and Procedures

Vaccination Requirements: As part of our admissions, we require written verification of vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian. All vaccine records must be submitted prior to your pet's reservation being made.

Cancellations: Cancellations should be made 3 days in advance to scheduled arrival. If this does not occur, the client's account will be charged 2 night's stay for a regular reservation and 3 night's stay for a holiday reservation.

Missed Reservation Policy: Our missed reservation policy is enforced when a client does not comply with our cancellation policy. If the client fails to check in on scheduled reservation start date, the client will be charged for the full night's stay. If 2 nights are missed, then the reservations will be cancelled and charged accordingly.

  • 1st missed reservation: You will receive a phone call informing you of the missed reservation.
  • 2nd missed reservation: You will receive a phone call informing you of the missed reservation.
  • 3rd missed reservation: You will receive a phone call informing you of the missed reservation and that you are being charged 3 night stay max per pet.
  • 4th missed reservation: You will receive a phone call informing you that we will no longer be able to provide this service for you and your pet. You will also be charged for a max of 3 nights.

Parasite Free Environment: The Resort is dedicated to keeping guests flea and tick free. Any guest that is found to have external parasites upon entry will be treated at the owner's expense. Also, to reduce our guests risk of exposure to internal parasites we require a current "Negative" fecal examination and current "Negative" heart worm test.

Medications: All medication must be in its original container with the prescribing veterinarian's label indicating the name of the medication, dosage and frequency. These will be counted in front of the client at time of check-in.

General Boarding Information: Guests may bring one bed or blanket and one toy. We provide Gastro-intestinal pet food; you are welcome to bring meals in labeled, individually portioned plastic containers or bags (no raw food accepted). All medications must be in their original container.

To ensure your pet’s comfort while visiting with us we do offer Composure Pro & Proviable for calming and GI stress relief. These are both all natural supplements.
