Biography
Dr. Yuko is a general practioner whose special interests include preventative care, shelter and emergency medicine. Following graduation from Oregon State University, Dr. Yuko has worked for SafeHaven Humane Society in Albany, where she has helped many sick and injured pets become healthy and find their forever home. Dr. Yuko will see patients in the afternoon & evening hours (until 10 pm Mon-Thurs & 7pm on Fridays)! She will always work in a patient with an urgent or emergency problem!Dr. Yuko is fluent in Japanese. She continues to do rescue work and frequently has a foster dog or two that needs special attention until it is ready for adoption. She lives on a small farm with her human family, dogs, cats, chickens, a rabbit, and a goat.
