Pet Boarding

Cat Boarding

Our hospital offers cat boarding you can trust. It is sometimes difficult to find a boarding facility that will tend to the needs of your cat and give them the attention they deserve. Boarding at our facility is ideal, especially if your cat has certain medical conditions that require medication. There will be a veterinarian and technicians to monitor your cat closely and manage any problems that may arise.

Our feline facilities are sterilized between guests and a rigorous cleaning schedule is followed daily. We have a quiet area (away from barking dogs), comfortable beds, bowls, relaxing kitty music, and we use Feliway to help our cats feel relaxed during their stay.

We recommend that you bring your cat's food especially if it’s a prescription diet (but not bedding or toys). For your peace of mind, you may call or text to check on your pet and a member of our staff will be happy to speak with you or we can provide you with regular updates if you wish.

For the safety of all pet’s in our care, we require the following to stay in the hospital:

  • An examination by one of our staff doctors within the past 12 months
  • A negative fecal test within the past 12 months
  • Rabies vaccine
  • Feline upper respiratory (FVRCP) vaccine

These requirements are for the safety of all the patients in our care as well as the people who care for them. Rabies and intestinal parasites are zoonotic, which means they are transmissible to people, too!

For any additional questions or a tour of our boarding facilities, please feel free to call or visit us.
