Diary of Dusty the Pug
Jill H. from Mineral

Within hours Dusty went from a rowdy pug, to a dog who could not stand up. We rushed her to our local vet who sent us immediately to VCA. Within a very short time Dusty was diagnosed with Hemolytic Anemia and given the first of two blood transfusions.
Over the next 7 days it would be constant care and blood draws. I would call every few hours to see what her number were and how she was doing. I would visit when I could.
EVERYONE I spoke with was so caring, and wonderful. Always day or night answering my questions and giving moral support. Every time I almost gave up they keep me going.
I can not thank you all enough. Dusty came home today!!!! We could not of done it without VCA. Their state of the art facility and wonderful staff saved our pug.
I know we will be seeing them in the future, and recommending VCA whenever we can.
