Professional grooming is available at VCA Olathe Animal Hospital Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Our professional groomer Sarabeth will meet with you when you drop your pet off for a "day at the spa" to receive specific instructions as to how you would like your dog groomed. She will be happy to do a standard breed cut or modify the grooming to your particular instructions.
Grooming includes a bath, haircut, nail trim, anal gland expression, ear cleaning and plucking (if necessary), and bows or bandanas to add that extra "styling" touch. We ask that your pet be dropped off between 7:30 and 8:30 am for grooming. We will call or text when your pet is ready for pick up, generally after 4:00 pm. We are here until 6:00 pm. Please call in advance for an appointment.
For the health and safety of our clients' pets, current vaccination requirements are necessary for grooming at VCA Olathe Animal Hospital. These include: Rabies vaccine (1 or 3 year), Distemper vaccine (1 or 3 year), Bivalent Influenza within a year, and Bordetella (kennel cough) within a year. A negative fecal test is also required within a year.
Our hospital offers bathing services for your canine or feline. We may also offer additional spa services to keep your furry friend looking their best.
