VCA North Academy Animal Hospital is a full-service medical facility ready to welcome you and your four-legged family members! We are located in Colorado Springs in the plaza just Northeast of North Academy and Vickers Road. We are minutes from I-25, Palmer Park, and The Promenade Shops at Briargate. We have been providing top-tier veterinary services in the Colorado Springs community for over 35 years, and invite you to bring your pet for a fear free visit of our hospital.

We provide complete wellness care for all of your pet’s life stages from birth through their senior years. Whether it’s comprehensive preventative wellness care, including early disease detection and vaccines, parasite control, internal medicine, routine surgeries such as spay, neuter, as well as dental care, hospitalization, orthopedic, soft-tissue and other surgeries, digital radiology, or laboratory testing, we are here to take care of all your pets medical needs. Sick pet services are also provided for puppies and kittens, adult dogs and cats, and senior pets.

With convenient hours during the week, as well as the convenience of dropoff appointments, finding the time to fit your pet’s medical care into your busy schedule has never been easier! Ask us about our wellness prevention plan CareClub, with affordable monthly payments, as well as our Never Forget online pharmacy, which mails single doses of heartworm and/or flea and tick prevention right to your door monthly! We also carry Hill’s Science & Prescription Diets and Royal Canin Therapeutic Pet Food as well as a variety of treats and retail items.

Has your pet ever had a late night emergency and you need access to your medical records or just have questions outside of our business hours? We have a mobile app, myVCA, which gives you convenient access your pet’s medical records and history, chat with a licensed veterinary technician 24 hours a day, the ability to schedule appointments, and gives you access to our online store! Lionbridge provides over-the-phone and video interpretation services for non-English-speaking and American Sign Language (ASL) clients. In real time, veterinary providers can enlist an expert Lionbridge interpreter to facilitate a clear exchange of information between themselves and clients. Lionbridge’s on-demand, remote interpretation services enable effective and accurate communication with clients. This service empowers clients to be heard and spoken to in their own language, which in turn facilitates a deeper understanding of the care your pet needs.
