Michelle joined the VCA team in 2006. She began her career with VCA as a CSR at VCA Glasgow and worked her way to Hospital Manager within a few years. Michelle is a Maryland native and still resides there with her family – her husband, daughter, 6 cats, 2 dogs, a hermit crab, and a dwarf hamster. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at a horse farm with her daughter, Chloe.
