Shannon Lightbody, DVM, Medical Director

A graduate of Tufts University, Dr. Shannon Lightbody has been the Medical Director at VCA Everett since 2006 and has been a veterinarian here since 2001. Dr. Lightbody has been with VCA Everett going back to her days as a technician in the late 1990s.  She has a focus on preventative medicine and routine surgery.  Dr. Lightbody attends continuing education and veterinary conferences to make sure she is providing the best medicine possible to her patients.

She lives at home with her husband, 3 daughters, and a very high-energy Boxer named Kiara.  She enjoys Tae Kwon Do, skiing, and outdoor activities in her free time.
