    Chelsie Maultsby

    Chelsie came to VCA Wrightsville Beach Animal Hospital from Raleigh in May of 2010. She is a military brat that has lived in 7 different states.  She lives in Wilmington with her 3 year old pitbull mix named Joplin, Lucy, a terrier mix and Kirby and min-pin mix. Outside of work, Chelsie volunteers for Adopt-An-Angel and was one of the founding 4 members of the non-profit organization.

    "I enjoy being able to help make a difference in a pet's life, as well as educating not only myself, but pet parents as well."

    Jillian Phillips
    School: Laramine County Community College, Associates Degree in Equine Training and Management

    Jillian joined  VCA Wrightsville Beach Animal Hospital in December 2013.  She recently moved from her hometown of Cheyenne, WY where she worked as a Veterinary Assistant for 2 years.  She attended LCCC of Cheyenne, where she received her Associates Degree in Equine Training and Management.  Jillian spent 6 years living in California working as a Marine Mammel Trainer and Zookeeper for a number of different aquariums and Zoos.  On her days off she enjoys, going to the beach, riding and training horses and being with family, including the furry kind.  Jillian's knowledge of domestic and exotic species makes her a valuable part of our VCA team.
