    Stacey Rife, RVT
    Veterinary Tech School: Columbus State Community College

    Originally from Ohio, Stacey has been with VCA Wrightsville Beach Animal Hospital since 2003. In 1998, she became a Registered Veterinary Technician through Columbus State Community College. Stacey is also a certified trainer with NPDTA. She has two children Jordan and Lauren and two dogs.

    Elyse Silvenis, RVT
    Veterinary Tech School: State University of New York - Delhi

    Elyse joined Wrightsville Beach Animal Hospital in March 2012, after moving to North Carolina in October 2011 with her husband who is a United States Marine, stationed at Camp Lejuene.  She is originally from New Jersey and studied Veterinary Technology at State University of New York in Delhi, graduating in 2010 with an associates degree and later became a Licensed Veterinary Technician.  Elyse has 2 horses, Glori and Bandit, a Chocolate Lab named Luke, and a cat named July.  She spends most of her free time riding at the farm.

    Adam Balousek

    Adam is originally from New Bern, NC. He attended Wake Tech Community College in Raleigh where he majored in Graphic Design. He relocated to Wilmington a little over a year ago and joined the VCA Wrightsville Beach team in September 2009. Adam shares his home with a black and tan Coonhound/Doberman mix named Bella. In his free time, enjoys music, surfing, and other outdoor activities.

    Amie Cavender

    Amie is a Wilmington native that joined VCA Wrightsville Beach Animal Hospital in 2007. She is a graduate of ECU with her degree in Biology. She has a cat named Dale who is originally from the beach too. Amie enjoys boating, surfing, and the beach.

    Chelsie Maultsby

    Cheslie came to VCA Wrightsville Beach Animal Hospital from Raleigh in May of 2010. She is a military brat that has lived in 7 different states. She lives in Wilmington with her 3 year old pitbull mix named Joplin. Chelsie is also one of the founding 4 members of the non-profit organization Adopt-An-Angel.
