Isabel worked for a local attorney before deciding to follow her true passion, working with animals. She has been with VCA since 2013. Isabel feels good when she is able to solve a problem for a client or lend an ear to a client worried about their pet. She is in the animal field because she loves all animals and loved being around them. She has Willa who is a 5 year old mix. She loves all dogs and cats but is he had to choose a specific breed she would pick Bernese Mountain Dogs.
"I work in this field because I have always been very passionate about animals. I also enjoy interacting with people and lending a helping hand wherever I can, so combining the two seemed like a natural thing to do. I enjoy my work as a client service representative here at VCA and strive to make any visit a successful and pleasant one for both clients and patients."
Client ServiceQuinn Herring
Quinn joined VCA Wrightsville Beach Animal Hospital in the Summer of 2013. She is a native of Wrightsville Beach, but also enjoys traveling and experiencing new places around the world. Quinn has two rescue babies, Laska, a 7-year-old Siberian Husky and Juno, a 2-year-old Pit Bull Mix. In her free time, she enjoys going out on her boat with her dogs and spending time with her family and friends. Working with animals has always been Quinn's passion, so she is very excited to be part of the VCA Wrightsville Beach Animal Hospital family.
"We have more to learn from animals than animals have to learn from us. I've had a passion for animals my entire life. Working with them in anyway has been a dream for me. It feels good being part of a team where you can go home knowing you made a difference in an animals' life, no matter how small it may be."
Client ServiceWhitney Holder
Whitney joined VCA Wrightsville Beach in 2013. She is originally from Boardman, NC. Whitney grew up on a farm and has always loved working with animals. She attended North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2003. Whitney and her husband, Jamie, currently share their home with their dachshund, Emily.
"I chose this field because I enjoy getting to know pet owners and their furry children. I'm in an enviornment where I am constantly learning new things, am able to help someone everyday, and get to work with like-minded people. What's not to love?"
