    Whitney Best-Beaver graduated from TCC's Vet Tech Program. She has been with VCA since June 2014. Her goal in life is a simple one- adopt as many pets as possible without getting a divorce from her husband David. Her pet family consists of Frank "The Tank" Beaver- English Bulldog/ professional slobber dog, Duke & Floyd- The Wonder Boxers, Beans- the Broken Kitty, Carl- the cuddle bug cat & Tom Hardy- Guinea Pig/Actor Extraordinaire. Whitney enjoys spending her free time watching live local music, hunting, fishing, camping, and staying hydrated.

    Taylor Jackson

    Taylor Jackson graduated from TCC's Vet Tech Program. She began VCA in December 2012. She is the proud pet parent to Maximus (Max) a 6 yr old Pit Bull who will lick you to death. Taylor enjoys spending her free time reading swimming, listening to music, and playing the violin.

    Monica Lewis graduated from TCC's Vet Tech Program. She has been with VCA since December 2009 during her last semester of school. Monica is very passionate about surgery and dental health she would like to get more training in those areas and maybe even specialize in one of both. She is the fur parent to a small herd of 4 dogs: Frisco- 11 yr old Retriever, Hope 5 yr old Hound Dog mix, Ellie- 6 yr old Pit Bull Mix & Morgan- 3 yr old Pit Bulk mix. All of her animals have been rescued from school or work. Monica has been happily married for 29 years. She spends her free time hiking with her dogs, boating/water skiing, grilling, working, in the yard, and working out at the gym.

    Natalie Young
    Veterinary Tech School: Tulsa Community College

    Natalie Young began with VCA in May of 2014. She graduated from TCC's Vet Tech Program in May 2015. She has passed her State Boards and is anxiously awaiting to take her National Boards to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. She loves to learn and plans to continue her education after becoming an RVT and obtain two Veterinary Technician Specialties in nutrition and behavior. She has been with her wonderful and supportive boyfriend Mitch for more than 5 years. They have 3 pet children together: Bowie- 4 yr old Boxer who never rests, Briggs- 4 yr old Pit Bull who spends his days lounging/living a life of luxury, & Baylor (Bubbie) - 2 yr old Boxer/Pit Bull who enjoys running into fences, jumping from furniture to furniture with out touching the floor, and other things that stress his parents out. Natalie loves cooking/baking, crafts, sewing, reading, Pinterest, The Green Bay Packers, being a member of The Tulsa Packer Backers, Beyoncé, and spending time with her AMAZING, wonderful, and supportive family & friends. She also hopes to one day convince her boyfriend to let them get a cat and then find a cat that can put up with their dogs.

    Natalie Harmon

    Natalie has been a vet assistant for over 16 years.  She started at VCA Veterinary Medical Center 12 years ago and has worked at Woodland Central for the last 4 years.  Natalie has 5 children from ages 2-20 years old, and has just joined the wonderful world of Grandparenting. She has has 4 fuzzy children: Tyman and Smokey are both over 16, Ambrosia age 13 and Itty Bitty is 10 years old.  Natalie spends her spare time enjoying life with her husband Jeremy and the "kids".  She also petsits and runs her own candy business.

    Lindsay Sturgis

    Lindsay has worked for VCA since 2011. She started as a Client Care Representative and Pet Care Specialist at an emergency hospital. In August 2012, she began training to become a veterinary technician. In December of that same year, she moved back to Tulsa from Hawaii and joined the VCA Woodland Central team. She enjoys playing with her two Chihuahuas and cat, as well as watching cheesy movies and going on trips with her husband.

    Dorian is our Veterinary Assistant Cat.  He likes to check on all cats being treated, and make sure that none of his people are being harmed.  From time to time he ventures to the front area to visit, But his area of expertise is in assisting Veternarians and Technicans.
