Dr. Kathryn Henshaw B.S., DVM obtained her degrees at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Henshaw served in the Army on Active Duty as a Captain and Veterinarian in Georgia & South Korea. She joined VCA in August 2010 at the Cat Hospital then transferred to VCA Woodland Central. Her goals are to be a great doctor & leader in this clinic. She is interested in soft tissue surgery & working dogs. Dr. Henshaw is a very lucky lady who not only has the best husband ever, Scott but also the cutest little boy ever Robert and is expecting her second little boy in October 2015! Her pet family consists of the master manipulator Daisy Duke- Cattle Dog mix,  Diesel- Border Collie/Lab mix who is a sucker for belly rubs, & Sugar- Domestic Short Hair who is all white and deaf (although it may be more of a selective hearing issue). Dr. Henshaw enjoys spending her free time cooking, playing with her baby boy (the cutest little boy ever), quilting, watching Sci-Fi movies & traveling.
