Kathryn Henshaw, DVM, Medical Director

Dr. Kathryn Henshaw is a graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She spent 3 years as an active duty Army Veterinary Corps Officer stationed in Georgia and South Korea. After leaving active duty as a Captain, she returned home to the Tulsa area and joined VCA. She worked at the VCA Cat Hospital of Tulsa before coming to VCA Woodland Central. Kathryn has a strong interest in surgery (soft tissue and orthopedic) and continues to expand her experience in this area. She enjoys being back in Tulsa near family and friends. Kathryn also answers questions about pets and veterinary care Wednesday mornings on Channel 6 News for the community. She is married to Scott Henshaw. They will be welcoming their first child this October. She has two dogs- Daisy Duke and Diesel and one cat- Sugar. She currently serves as the medical director for VCA Woodland Central.
