Lisa has been grooming pets since 1997, and has learned how to use a very gentle touch to win over even the shyest, most fearful pups. She makes their grooming experience as fun as can be with lots of praise and love, and even a treat or two. She has lots of love to share for all sorts of animals, but especially dogs and has been the caretaker of an Irish Wolfhound, aptly named Hale "King of My Heart". She is the mother of three grown children and the grandmother of four, for whom she enjoys cooking large meals. When she's not making pets look fabulous she goes four-wheeling, hiking, plays in a band, and volunteers at the local battered woman's shelter.
