Maura is a multi-tasker, working at VCA Hanson as a receptionist and at VCA Whitman as a technician.  She has been with VCA for over four years now.  What she loves most about working for VCA is watching the patients grow over the years, to become the wonderful pets we have seen through many happy vet visits at both facilities.  Maura went to Westfield State University and received a B.A. in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Psychology, and also went to Massasoit Community College to pursue a veterinary assistant certificate. She is interested in the zoo, working out, reality shows, and baking.  She hopes to someday get a degree in Zoology and move to Africa to work either in a safari camp, or work specifically with elephants and giraffes.  She currently has a yellow lab named Hunter.
