Dr. Nicole Syngajewski is an Associate Veterinarian at both the VCA Whitman and Hanson Animal Hospitals.

A North Shore native, she graduated from UMass Boston in 2006 with a BS in Biology, and from Ross University in 2014 with her DVM. She completed her clinical year at the University of Illinois before deciding to return to Massachusetts to be closer to her family.

Although she adores working with dogs and cats, she has a special interest in exotic pets, and plans to be seeing more of them in the near future here at VCA Whitman. Dr. Syngajewski has a special interest in pain management, dermatology, and oncology. In June of 2015, she completed her clinical training at the Chi Institute in veterinary acupuncture, and has begun to integrate the Eastern technique in management of chronic cases (such as arthritis) while working towards her certification in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM).  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Massachusetts Veterinary Medical Association (MVMA), and the American Association of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (AATCVM).

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, yoga and playing games with friends. She has a rescue cat named Reese, and 2 rescue dogs--Kami and Liamuiga.
