She has 3 pets at home, Lily is a 10 year old Dalmatian mix adopted as a puppy from the Sacramento SPCA in 2006. Colleen was not a typical “cat” person until the fall of 2010 when a sick baby kitten was dropped off on VCA Westside’s doorstep, it was love at first sight, and Rosie will be turning 6 in this fall. Dory was a kitty that was hit by a car and had been living at VCA Westside for a couple of years as the hospital mascot, but Colleen decided to take her home for a trial adoption in May of 2016 and everything went smoothly at home. The adoption was official later that month. Colleen loves being a licensed veterinary technician and working at VCA Westside.
