    Heather M.

    After high school graduation in 2007, Heather attended Walla Walla University. She studied Fitness Management and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in the Physical Education Department. Her initial passion was to help people stay healthy but after a few jobs in retail and fitness, Heather was inspired to help both people and their animals. This led her to the Veterinary Clinics of America.
    Heather is a proud owner of a cat named Sully that she has had since she was 10 years old and new owner of a Pug/Chihuahua mix name Rosco.

    Carol W.

    Carol was born and raised in San Francisco, California.

    Carol started her professional career in 1981 as a trainer and manager at Springset Kennels. Also, she was a breeder of Gordon Setters for 20+ years, exporting dogs to Japan, Norway, France and Scotland. Next, Carol worked at Marin Humane Society for 17 years in several different positions from Front Office Asst. Supervisor, Rabies Control Deputy, Veterinary Clinic Manager to Shelter Veterinary Services manager. Additionally, she is the founder of the MHS K9 Care program. This program provides routine and emergency veterinary services, equipment and training for working and retired police, fire and search and rescue dogs. She has rescued and donated 6 dogs to the National Disaster Search dog foundation.

    Carol and her husband live in Santa Rosa with their two dogs Scout and Bashful. Scout is a Labrador Retriever and Bashful a Miniature Poodle.
