Jen has been working as a Certified Veterinary Technician at VCA Westmoreland since May 2015.She is originally from San Francisco and attended UC Berkeley. Jen is a certified veterinary dental technician with the American Society of Veterinary Technicians. Jen enjoys long walks with her 3 dogs Lila, Kelly, and Kai as well as quite time with one of her six kitties, Huxley, Orwell, Vincent, Lychee, Uma, and Pekoe on her lap. Jen's favorite part of her job is providing excellent care to our surgery and hospitalized patients which aids them to recovery.
Certified Veterinary TechnicianDeanna Edinger
Deanna grew up in Eugene and moved to Beaverton in 1999 after working at Greenhill Humane Society. She also volunteered for the feral cat coalition. She learned on the job working 14 years at Rock Creek Animal Hospital. She became certified in 2008. Deanna is a self-professed "pug lady" and loves to do yard work. She also enjoys hiking and spending time with her daughter.
Jona was born and raised in Eugene and has been with VCA Westmoreland since 2004. Jona has a plethora of other special animal interests including dog obedience training and pet sitting. Her animal family includes 4 dogs, Peppy, Bumper, Bella and Oakley. She also has a horse named Dallas. She says the thing she likes most about working for VCA Westmoreland is helping to educate clients on well practices for their pets.
Julie has been a veterinary assistant at VCA Westmoreland since 2013. Julie was born in Springfield, OR and grew up in Coburg. She was raised on a farm with cattle and horses. She married her high school sweetheart and they have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. Her youngest daughter and her still ride horses together. She has 4 horses, 4 ponies, 3 dogs, 1 cat and 1 ferret named R.J. She started working at veterinary clinics about 7 years ago and has loved working with animals and great people.
Brittney has been around animals her whole life and always knew she wanted to work in the veterinary field. She started as a kennel cleaner and became a veterinary assistant, then moved on to being a technician. Brittney has worked at Westmoreland for 8 years. Her pet family includes 2 naughty cats and 3 large aquatic frogs. Outside of work Brittney likes all kinds of arts and crafts and photography.

Serena was born and raised in Eugene. Serena has 2 miniature schnauzers named Effi and Oreo as well as one giant schnauzer named Greta. She also has 3 cats, Talula, Bindi and Gig. She says she loves animals so being in contact with them all day is just great.
