Dr. Rosenstein has called the Conejo Valley his home since 1967. He attended the University of California at Davis, receiving a Bachelors Degree in Zoology, followed by a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1982. Dr. Rosenstein owned and operated the Agoura Westlake Animal Hospital in Westlake Village for more than 20 years before opening Westlake Village Animal Hospital.

Heather is a Southern California native. Heather's love for animals led her to starting her veterinary career in 2004. In the last 15 years, she has worked as a kennel attendant, customer service representative, and veterinary technician manager. She graduated from Los Angeles Pierce College in 2009 with an Associates of Science degree. Shortly after graduating, she passed the Veterinary Medical Board and became a Registered Veterinary Technician.
