    Patty Broadwater

    Patty is a staple at our hospital as she has taken care of the patients and clients at VCA West Shore for the past 20 years. She is dedicated to taking excellent care of each and every patient under her care. Patty has a special interest in surgery and preventative care.

    Patty is happy to share her home with a lab mix named Angel, a Beagle named Missy, and three cats Tango, Peaches and Mo. In her spare time Patty enjoys baking, traveling and spending time with her family.

    Special note from Patty: The day I graduated from college, I started at VCA West Shore as a Technician. I have seen and learned many things through the years. What can I say, this hospital is part of me and I can't imagine being anywhere else.

    Gwen Hayes

    We are thrilled to have Gwen rejoin our team after a three year absence! Gwen is a certified technician who specializes in feline medicine and behavior. Gwen can be found greeting our furry friends and clients in our reception area or taking care of these friends in our exam rooms and treatment area.

    Gwen is the proud Mom to six felines all of which are certified Red Cross Therapy cats. She also enjoys showing her cats - all of which are Champions!

    Jen Soroka
    Veterinary Tech School: Veterinary Technician Institute of Pittsburgh

    Jen is a graduate of the Veterinary Technician Institute in Pittsburgh, PA. She joined our team after completing an internship with us in early 2011 and deciding that she liked the New Cumberland area better than Pittsburgh. Jen has a special interest in preventive medicine and anesthesia.

    Special Note from Jen: I started working at VCA West Shore Animal Hospital in January 2011. It is definately a rewarding job, and although there can be some tough times, I know our patients are receiving the best care possible.

    Courtney Zook
    Veterinary Tech School: Veterinary Technician Institute of Pittsburgh

    Courtney is a recent graduate of the Veterinay Technician Institue in Pittsburgh, PA. Courtney joined our team after completing an internship with us in early 2011. She has a special interest in preventive medicine. Outside of work, Courtney likes to spend time with her family, friends, and her dog "Ellie".

    Special note from Courtney: I decided to become a Veterinary Technician because I love animal and wanted to give them the best care possible.

    AnnaMarie Bressler

    Anna splits time at West Shore Animal Hospital as a technician and receptionist. Her interests include dentistry and physical therapy. In her free time, she is a member of the Pennsylvania State Animal Response Team. Anna also has six cats and a dog named Hershey who she enjoys spending time with.
