Kristen recently rejoined the team at VCA West Shore Animal Hospital as our Client Service Manager. She had previously spent 3 years as the Office Manager at West Shore. Kristen is dedicated to a very high level of customer and patient care.
Kristen is the proud mother of four dogs, Laurel, Agadore, Marion and Eli. In her spare time Kristen enjoys running agility with her dogs and spending time with her family and friends ( human and furry). She also shares her home with two cats, Pooh Bear and Chubby.

Theresa has been the warm welcome clients meet as they enter the hospital for several years. She is passionate about providing all clients with the best customer service. Theresa is also our hospitals Cat Champion. When not at work, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family and is dedicated to helping create awareness for rescue cats. Here she is pictured with her cat Timothy.

Teresa is often found welcoming clients at West Shore's front desk. Holding a special place in her heart for all pets in need, she also volunteers at the Humane Society. Teresa participates as a civil war reenactor and enjoys spending time with her pets and granddaughter.

Judi has been the reliable friendly face at VCA West Shore's reception desk for many years. She enjoys reading mystery novels in her time away from work. Here she is pictured with Baby the cat.
