    Susie Bateman
    School: Harrisburg Area Community College

    Susie has been with VCA West Shore since 2015. She grew up in the New Cumberland area and continues to reside here. She has an excellent background in customer service, and loves making our clients feel "at home." Susie has four Bearded Dragons as her pets, and has a special interest in exotics. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include attending Comic Cons, gardening, and catching up on her favorite television shows.

    Mikaela Fleisher
    School: Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Masters

    Mikaela joined the VCA team in 2012 and transferred to VCA West Shore in April 2015. She is very grateful to be able to share her love of customer service and love of animals with our clients. She has four cats: Tippy, a toothless long haired Calico, Thelma, a dilute Calico, Iris, a trouble making Calico, and Willy, a noisy Siamese mix. She recently received her Master's Degree in Library Science. In her free time she enjoys reading, genealogy, and spending time with her cats and family.

    Jennifer Yourey

    Jennifer attended Biscayne Paramedical Institute where she became a Veterinarian Technician. She was a Horseback Riding Instructor for 15 years and taught Therapeutic Riding Instruction for 5 years. Jen  joined VCA as a Client Services Representative in 2015. She has four dogs, four cats, two horses, two goats, chickens, and a huge heart for all animals. In her spare time Jen enjoys D.I.Y. activities, gardening, and cooking.

    Judi Sanford

    Judi has been the reliable friendly face at VCA West Shore's reception desk for many years. She enjoys reading mystery novels in her time away from work. Here she is pictured with Baby the cat.

    Special note from Judi: I have been a Client Service Representative at VCA West Shore Animal Hospital for the last 13 years. I work at West Shore because I enjoy the interaction with our clients and patients.
