  • Client Service Manager

    kristen murray

    Kristen recently rejoined the team at VCA West Shore Animal Hospital as our Client Service Manager. She had previously spent 3 years as the Office Manager at West Shore. Kristen is dedicated to a very high level of customer and patient care.

    Kristen is the proud mother of four dogs, Laurel, Agadore, Marion and Eli. In her spare time Kristen enjoys running agility with her dogs and spending time with her family and friends ( human and furry). She also shares her home with three cats Wynonna, Charmin and Chubby.

    Special note from Kristen: Each day I spend at the hospital is a truly rewarding part of my life. Some situations are easier than others, but no matter the case I am filled with joy for being able to be a part of the lives of our clients and their fur families. Every day I have the opportunity to reach pets through their dedicated owners, Who could ask for a better job?

    Tracy Shay-Snyder

    We are happy to welcome Tracy back to the Client Service team at VCA West Shore. Tracy not only cares for our clients she also cares for our furry friends in our boarding kennel.

    Tracy is dedicated to offering our clients and patients excellent service and care. Tracy is the proud owner of a cockapoo named Lacy and a feline friend named Griff. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

    Tami Walters

    Tami has been a member of the VCA West Shore team for over three years and a member of the veterinary community for the last fourteen years. Tami is the smiling face that greets you as you walk through our door or call to ask a question.

    When Tami is not assisting our clients she enjoys spending time with her husband Bob, and their cat Louie.

    Judi Sanford

    Judi has been the reliable friendly face at VCA West Shore's reception desk for many years. She enjoys reading mystery novels in her time away from work. Here she is pictured with Baby the cat.

    Special note from Judi: I have been a Client Service Representative at VCA West Shore Animal Hospital for the last 13 years. I work at West Shore because I enjoy the interaction with our clients and patients.
