Erin is from eastern Pennsylvania and obtained a bachelor's degree in zoology from the university of Maine and an associate's degree in veterinary technology from Northampton Community College in Pennsylvania. She moved to Seattle in 2013 with her deaf brown tabby, Sabrie, and in 2021, adopted her sweet dog, Bonny, from Mexico.

Erin likes to spend her free time with her husband and two daughters. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the relationship between owners and their pets. She feels honored to play a role in strengthening of that bond.
