    Samantha is a registered veterinary technician and has been part of the VCA West Bernardo family for 2 years.  Samantha moved to sunny San Diego from Sacramento a few years ago.  She enjoys living in such a "dog friendly city."  In her spare time, Samantha enjoys swimming, dancing and playing with her 3 dogs (Piglet, Milady and Rabbit).  She believes in treating every animal as if they were her own and in treating every client as if they were family.

    Ann has been an R.V.T. since 1998 and a member of the VCA family for the past few years. There are three things she enjoys just as much as being a great technician and that are her 2 precious very senior kitties, and her 7 year old African tortoise.

    My name is Ernesto and I live in Rancho Bernardo. I have 3 dogs, Bullet, Nala and Charlie. When I was 15, I went scuba diving with Mako sharks and fell in love with the species and aspire to work with these magnificent creatures one day. I love working with pets every day of my life and being able to make a positive difference in their lives and in the lives of their pet owners.

    I was born and raised in San Diego.  I am a recent graduate from Pima Medical Institute's veterinary assistance program.  In the near future I hope to obtain my RVT license.  I have always had a lot of dogs growing up and enjoy working with them.  In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, going on hikes with my boyfriend Felix, the beach and spending time with my family.

    Brent has been with VCA for five years and has worked at three different hospitals.  He has been a veterinary assistant at VCA West Bernardo for 2 years.  Brent enjoys helping clients and working with their pets.  He also has a strong interest in assisting in surgeries.  In his spare time he loves to ride dirt bikes and spend time with his girlfriend Stephanie and their two dogs Finley and Fitz.

    Nestor Sannchez-Suarez

    I was born in Anaheim, CA and raised in Mexico. I have always wanted to work with animals. I am a biology student working toward a degree in zoology. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, listening and playing music and spending time with my two cats, Flea and Lana. My past work experience includes working with a dog behaviorist, volunteering in a veterinary hospital and working at a horse stable.
