Dr. Caitlin Botes grew up in the small town of Lititz, PA. While accomplishing her dual major in Biology and Chemistry at West Chester University, she gained experience as a veterinary technician at an emergency/general practice. After graduation, she performed research as a clinical investigation nurse at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Botes went on to obtain her Veterinary Degree at the University of Pennsylvania in conjunction with the Penn Veterinary Medicine VBMA Business Certificate Program.

Her professional interests include Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care.

Dr. Botes currently live in Aston, PA with her husband and 2 four-legged children, Lilly, a Maltese, and Daisy, a Yorkie.  Dr. Botes also has a strong passion for horses. She enjoys spending her free time riding, training and competing with her horse, Amber.
