  Dr. Sykes is a wonderful doctor. She is so compassionate and caring. Her staff is professional, caring. I had to euthanize my dog and it was a very sad moment and it was done in a humane manner. I know Susie is in a better place now. She’s a puppy again… playing with Madison. She was a good dog and had a great life! As much as I loved her, she LOVED our family 100 times more.   We have been going to Village AH for 15 years. They have always been wonderful to our various dogs; professional, caring, and quick to respond. Even the euthanasia of our German Shepherd was done in a kind, humane manner, and they sent me her footprint with a card later on.   My name is Rosie and I'm a kitten. My mother found me on the street and took me to Dr. Gallo cause I had polyps in my nose and could not breath. Dr Gallo got a specialist who removed the polyps. I feel so much better and I'm very happy eating, drinking and playing with my two new friends Bootsy and Bubbles. My mother said the staff and doctors at the VAH are very knowledgeable and caring for the animals. They also explain everything in detail and the surgeon gave us in writing what he diagnosed and what he did to make me better. Thank you VAH for helping me and the reasonable cost for my surgery.

  I recently went to another vet and all they were concerned about was making money and not the health of my dog. Being extremely unsatisfied, I was determined to find a better vet for my 5 month old puppy. I was referred to this hospital. After seeing Dr. Sykes I was extremely happy with our visit. She is so caring and understanding. She was concerned with my dogs health and explained everything to my understanding. The staff is also very nice and helped squeeze me in for an appointment for the same day even though I was new to the hospital. I recommended this place to my friends and family who have pets. This will be my dogs vet from now on.

Instead of passing me from person to person, she went out of her way to contact the correct place and resolved the issue for me. She even offered to call me on her own time to confirm that everything is taken care of.
