  • Receptionist Supervisor

    Joan Holt

    Joan has been with since 1994. She is one of the pillars of the practice and she is the lead Client Service Representative. She brings to the front a level of efficiency and accuracy that is unparalleled. She is the proud momma of a gorgeous Pomeranian named Fritz and an adorable Peek-a-poo named Tami. And never to be forgotten, her beloved Chow-chow, Mei-Ling. Her special areas of interest include behavior and general care of pets. In her spare time she enjoys cultivating orchids, music, and spending time with her mom.

    Kate Garcia

    Kate transferred from a VCA in Colorado, and is an amazing addition to our team. She is dedicated to client service and making clients feel welcome while their pets are being cared for. Kate is energetic, fun, and very compassionate. She is bi-lingual which assists with our Spanish speaking clients. There is nothing more a priority for Kate than attention to clients and making sure their visit with us is stellar. She loves all pets because they are all unique.

    Jackie Woodsen

    Jackie is considered one of the pillars of the hospital. She has been with us since 1996 and is still as energetic as ever. She works up in the reception area doing what comes naturally to her---making sure our clients are comfortable and feel welcomed. She has a never-ending work ethic and is tireless. There is nothing she is not willing to do to try and help clients or the support staff in anyway she can. She is bi-lingual, which helps immensely with our Spanish speaking clients. Jackie is also a Federally and State Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator. She is Native American and served with the Coast Guard in her younger years. She has a grown son, so her three cats-Tully,Cheyenne,and HotRod are her babies....along with a Squirrel (Fuzzy) and a Screech Owl named LittleBit. She is very active in the community with many projects, and in her spare time enjoys gardening,cooking,boating, and helping with Native American Educationals as well as school presentations on wildlife.
