    April Shomber

    April has over twenty years of combined human and animal medicine experience.  She started her veterinary career as a receptionist (and sometimes a veterinary assistant) for a small practice in southern California. In 1999 she moved to Arizona where she worked as a receptionist for a specialty and emergency center in Tucson, becoming the Client Services Supervisor. April has enhanced her reception and managerial skills by taking courses in customer service, management and general reception and strives to keep her skills updated in these areas. April resides in the High Desert area where she enjoys working at VCA Victor Valley Animal Hospital, playing computer games, reading and all kinds of crafts.
