Extremely Caring and Sensitive Staff
Mr and Mrs Lynn from San Jose, CAToasterToday we had the toughest day of our lives, having to say goodbye to our Cat, Toaster, of 17+ years. She has been taken care of since 6 weeks of age by the staff at the VCA branch on El Camino Real in Santa Clara, CA. They showed us the ultimate in sensitivity today when we brought Toaster in for the last time, as Toaster was in renal failure. The minute we walked in the door, we were discreetly escorted to a room, the necessary paperwork was handled with care, and we were not rushed by anyone, rather the opposite, encouraging us to say our goodbyes at our pace, being there for seeing Toaster off on her next adventure in her next life beyond this one. They acted like part of our extended family and we are deeply appreciative of their professionalism and care.
