  • Amazing Staff and Service

-Sally Pena from Santa Clara, CA
    Pet Name: Kibbutz

Pet Image VCA Pet Hospital in Santa Clara ROCKS! Not only were they great with the Boy, answering all my Qs clearly, and following up with me several times, they just sent me a hand-written/signed personal card with messages from both the vet and the assistant who interacted with us. Totally recommend them! (There are many locations to choose from.)

  • Thank you for Dr. Veit and Santa Clara VCA Staff

-Katsue Watts from Santa Clara, CA
    Pet Name: Bun Bun

My 16 years old cat Bun Bun took a surgery on December 6 and he is fine now. It was two big mass removal surgery. One mass was a tumor.
Now, he runs and jumps every day.
After the surgery, he had some troubles (he tries to remove stitches and refused to put a protection collar). When I ask for Dr. Veit, she gave me a couple of stockings to Bun Bun. Santa Clara VCA staff helped him a lot, as well. They are very good listeners.
I appreciate for doctor Dr. Veit and all Santa Clara VCA staff.
They treat Bun Bun as their friend.
I recommend VCA Santa Clara for everybody.

  • Extremely Caring and Sensitive Staff

-Mr and Mrs Lynn from San Jose, CA
    Pet Name: Toaster

Pet Image Today we had the toughest day of our lives, having to say goodbye to our Cat, Toaster, of 17+ years. She has been taken care of since 6 weeks of age by the staff at the VCA branch on El Camino Real in Santa Clara, CA. They showed us the ultimate in sensitivity today when we brought Toaster in for the last time, as Toaster was in renal failure. The minute we walked in the door, we were discreetly escorted to a room, the necessary paperwork was handled with care, and we were not rushed by anyone, rather the opposite, encouraging us to say our goodbyes at our pace, being there for seeing Toaster off on her next adventure in her next life beyond this one. They acted like part of our extended family and we are deeply appreciative of their professionalism and care.
