Veterinary Tech School: Mt. Ida College
Kate has been with VCA for 5 years. Before joining us here at Valley, she worked at the Walt Disney World Resort as part of their College Program. Kate is our resident Disney expert! She graduated in 2009 from Mount Ida College with a bachelor's degree in veterinary technology ,received her CVT certification in 2011; and is now our Technician Supervisor. Kate is owned by 2 cats Sunny & Artie.

Linda joined us here at VCA Valley in 2010. She's been in the veterinary filed for 18 years beginning as an Assistant and has now been certified since 2006. Linda also helps out at a local horse farm. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, reading and spending time with her kids and 6 grand-kids. Linda has an adopted dog named Ulysses aka Uly.

Veterinary Tech School: Holyoke Community College
Michele has been with VCA Valley Animal Hospital for 12 years. In 2001, she graduated from Holyoke Community College and in 2002 received her certification. Michele is in charge of our hospital’s safety. She is an avid lover of the German Shepherd and has one of her own named Brutus
Veterinary Tech School: Mount Ida
Lindsay graduated from Mount Ida College in 2012 with a Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Technology. She is currently working towards becoming a certified veterinary technician. She is the proud owner of a beagle named Dill, and a chocolate Labrador retriever named Riley.
School: Virginia Intermont College, B.A.
Nancy joined us in September 2009. She has a B.A. in Horsemanship from Virginia Intermont College and has been a Veterinary Technician for 25 years. Her interests include training her Irish Sport horse in Dressage and musical theater. She has two cats, including a speedy amputee. She is an avid Red Sox fan!
We are so happy Michelle joined our team after interning here while attending Asnuntuck Community College where she graduated from their Veterinary Assistant program, and recently was promoted to Technician here at Valley. She has also volunteered at the Humane Society and has fostered dogs for Paws 4 Rescue. She has 2 adopted foster dogs and 5 cats.
School: University of Connecticut, BA
Heather joined us in December of 2011. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science in May of 2011. She has a horse, a Yellow-Naped Amazon parrot, three dogs, and a gold fish, Her favorite activity is spending time outside with her three dogs Annabelle, Boone, and Percy Willis.
