    Pat N

    Pat is our patient care coordinator. She started with us in 2005 after being a client for 30 plus years. Her main interest is taking care of her cats, many of which have very unique names. Pat also enjoys pet sitting,  her specialty is of course cats. Hobbies include mineral collecting, glass etching, gardening, reading, catching up with old friends and making new friends along the way.

    Melissa

    Melissa joined the VCA Valley team in April 2012.  In addition to her background in customer service, Melissa has been an experienced hairdresser for 9 years.  She grew up around horses, volunteering at a town horse farm for many years.  She has always had a love for animals, especially her Yorkie named Lola.

    Danise A

    Danise has been back with VCA since 2008. She has over 12 years experience in a veterinary practice. She has 4 dogs and 2 cats that she has adopted over the years.Danise has a degree in T-Touch for animals. She enjoys pet sitting,crafting, interior design, decorating, gardening, and traveling. Her favorite enjoyment is spending time with her grandchildren and her pet family.

    Fayne L

    Fayne has been a member of our Client Services team for over twelve years, as a part-time Receptionist. She works full time in the Insurance Industry as a licensed Property and Casualty Agent and holds the Accredited Customer Service Representative and Certified Insurance Service Representative designations. Fayne and her husband Mark have been married for over seven years, and she has a step son Jonathan. Currently Fayne and Mark are raising three rescue dogs – Ava (Redbone Coonhound/ retriever mix), Bobo (Chocolate Labrador Retreiver) and Finn (Redbone Coonhound/ Hound mix).  Fayne and Mark enjoy hiking, canoeing and spending time in Vermont

    Christina has been working in the veterinary field since 2007.  Christina is owned by 3 dogs, Chico, Red, and Lily.  In her spare time she likes making hemp jewelry, crafting, reading, and eating as healthy as possible.

    Carey is a long time South Windsor resident who has been with VCA Valley since 2013.  She has degrees from UConn and the University of New Haven.  She enjoys gardening, reading, walking (especially near the beach) and cuddling with her pet cat Callie.
