Crystal became a member of the UVC team in 2016 when she relocated to the Northern Virginia area from Virginia Beach.

For over the past year, she has worked as one of our fantastic customer service representatives. During that time, Crystal has taken a special interest in furthering VCA’s client and patient bond by reaching out to the local community. Recently, she took on the official role of community outreach coordinator, where her number one goal is to make our clients and patients feel like family.

Crystal is currently pursing her MBA through ECPI University, where she also received her bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration. She is expected to receive her MBA degree by the end of the year.

Outside of work, Crystal tries to spend as much time as possible outside. She especially loves to go camping and to look for new places to explore. When she’s not exploring all that the Northern Virginia has to offer, Crystal enjoys visiting her hometown of Virginia Beach as often as she can. She also loves cooking and spending time with her family and three puppies: Hardy, Bella, and Coco. Hardy and Bella are Rat Terriers and Coco is a Harrier-Beagle mix. Her house never has a dull moment with those three!
