Dobby-A Love Story-Alice Nottingham from Richmond, VA
The kind staff at the Broad St. location helped us adopt the most wonderful 6 mo old kitten, Dobby, to befriend our older rescue cat, Buddy. Being new to cat ownership, it took us a while to understand that Buddy simply did not like having Dobby around. The nice staff did everything they could to help, including taking Dobby back, no questions asked. We grew to love little Dobby but knew the older cat needed us more. They made a hard thing easier and I highly recommend this VCA animal staff for the care of your pet. Sincerely, Alice.

Pet Name: Maggie and Milo
I have been bringing my 2 dogs to VCA Total Care for 6 years now and am very grateful to the compassionate and skilled staff for taking such wonderful care of them. I have never felt rushed during an appointment or that I was being "sold" an unnecessary test or product. Now that my dogs are seniors, one with cancer, I especially appreciate the genuine concern shown by the staff for their well-being and the kind and gentle handling that they always receive here. Many sincere thanks.

Pet Name: callie
We have had 3 dogs, we lost 2 last year tulip was 17 and hatcher was 18 and now our Callie ( yellow lab ) age 13 is struggling. Throughout all of their trials and tribulations the vet and all the techs have been incredible. We have had the best care my pets could have had during their life and the staff loved and love them as much as we have. I always look forward to taking Callie just to see everyone. Its hard to put in writing how much we respect and care for all the people at VCA.
