Veterinary Tech School: Lone Star College
I currently have been working for VCA Tomball for 4 months, but I grew up in Illinois and just moved to the Tomball area over a year ago. I'm currently enrolled and finished my first year at the Veterinary Technology Program at Lone Star College and work part time as a receptionist. I plan on graduating from the program within the next couple years to become a LVT. I have a 7 year old cat name Apple who I adopted from a local animal shelter 3 years and also have newly adopted dog named Elvis who is 3 years old. I enjoying taking Elvis for walks and spending time on Lake Conroe with my boyfriend and his family.
School: Stephen F. Austin, Bachelor of Science on Agribusiness
I grew up in Henderson, TX where I was an active member of the church, school band , and FFA. In 1999, I graduated high school and attended Kilgore College where I was a twirler in the band and office of the Agriculture Club. I then transferred to Stephen F. Austin State University to pursue my bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and graduated in 2005. I moved to Dallas in 2007 to be a receptionist for VCA Sandy Lake Animal Hospital. Since then, I have become a certified level two veterinary assistant. In July 2014, I relocated to the Houston area and joined the VCA Tomball team as receptionist. My husband and I spend most of our time with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. We also enjoy visiting our friends and family across Texas.
Casey Szymanski joined VCA Tomball Veterinary hospital in the fall of 2010. She loves animals of all kind , and has always had a vast array of different kinds since was very young. She currently has 3 dogs from small and petite Sheldon to Dude and Bolt weighing in close to 60 and 90 pounds. In her spare time she loves spending time with her boyfriend in their home watching movies or playing video games with all of their fur babies. What lies in her future is still unknown but she plans on staying with her family here at VCA Tomball for quite a while.
