We prefer to see our patients on an appointment basis. When you schedule an appointment, it allows our staff to prepare your pet's medical record for his/her doctor to review in advance of your visit. Best of all, your waiting time will be shorter!
All new patients are welcome to fill out the client info sheet prior to your arrival. This can help save a lot of time during the check-in process.
For your convenience, appointments for routine and non-urgent matters are scheduled 7 days a week as follows:
* Monday through Saturday 7:00 am to 9:00 pm
* Sundays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
At all other times, patients are seen on a first come, first serve triage basis*.
We also accept walk-in appointments and we will do our best to examine and treat your pet as soon as our schedule permits. However, the fees for this service are higher than for a scheduled visit, and your waiting time may vary.
Even though a scheduled appointment is preferred, we also know that things come up unexpectedly. If your pet has a medical emergency, you should come in RIGHT AWAY for an emergency visit. When your pet is experiencing an emergency, if possible, please call to let us know you will be arriving soon. Doing this will allow us to prepare as much as we can ahead of time.
VISITING
We encourage all of our clients to visit with their pets while in the hospital. In most cases you may visit with your pet privately in an exam room or even take them for a short walk. Visiting hours are 8:30am-12:30pm and 2:30pm - 8:30pm.
For more critical patients we do allow visiting in the ICU. However, we ask that you call ahead to schedule visiting with these delicate patients.
