  Everyone at TBAH is knowledgeable in their specialty of animal care. Receptionists, Vet Techs, Kennel & Groomers, & the Veterinarians. Whether a Scheduled apt, Surgery, or an Emergency, They give kind consideration to the Pet & the owner. I have had all of the above - including Sending several of My Beloved Goldens to "The Rainbow Bridge" when their condition (very old or Sick) was such that they could not be saved. I Appreciate & Admire everyone at TBAH for their care & treatment of myself & my "Fur Babies".

  Dr. Batt hit a home run with us

  Yesterday was our first visit to VCA T.B.A.H. We were impressed that there was a special door for dogs to enter, made our Tessie feel very important to have her own door. The ladies in the front desks were very kind, cordial and helpful. Within minutes we and Tessie were taken to exam room #1, [it's always nice to feel like number 1!]. Soon Lindy came in to take down the essential info, and shortly thereafter Dr. Batt made her appearance. Dr. Batt was not only very very thorough in her exam of our Tessie, but graciously and professionally answered all our questions completely. We knew we had found the very best veterinarian for our Tessie, one who would keep our Tessie in good health for many years to come. My wife and I highly recommend VCA T.B.A.H. for the best pet care in Prescott.

  My husband and I have recently relocated to Prescott from NJ. As with many pet parents, finding a new vet can be a difficult process. Our maltese and chihuahua are the kids in the house. Harley (maltese) has and has had some real health issues. So I went online to check the reviews of local vets. Thumb Butte A.H. had some great reviews so I gave them a call. Right from the first person I spoke with, Kim the receptionist, I felt at ease. She was kind, patient and very helpful with making Harley's appt. and getting his records from back East. When we arrived, Kim was the first friendly face to greet us. The facility is welcoming, clean & no smells (as you know is important.) Lindy, the vet tech was also extremely nice and caring. As for Dr. Roxanne Batt...She is TOPS in my book. She really took her time with Harley. Dr. Batt is very knowledgeable. She really explained in depth Harley's condition and best plan of approach like no other vet has in the past. I truly feel like I just won the lottery of Veterinarians! Certainly not least, everyone else we had the pleasure of dealing with from technicians to check-out, were all very nice and helpful. I know my review my seem over board to some. But if you are a pet parent that truly treats your pet like family, this review may help you make the same decision as I did to visit VCA Thumbe Butte Animal Hospital and be thankful that you did!

  I have been visiting Thumb Butte for the past 11 years. Their care and service gets better every year.
  
  Dr. Hufford with 40+years of knowledge and experience is soooo good with the taking care of my 4 'kids'. The receptionists, Dee, Kim & Sheila along with the techs are not only friendly, but also very helpful. I am handicapped, knowing this, the staff will help with bringing in my 'kids' and after treatment will bring them back to my vehicle.

  We were given Thumb Butte as a great vet due to our recent move from Wyoming to Arizona.
  
  Dr. Hufford was fabulous as were the techs and front desk help. I loved that cats and dogs were segregated in the check in area and following services that you didn't have to pass back through that area. The next day after our dog had shots, the technician called to check on our dog, Lucky.
  
  Excellent service all around. They even recommended a wonderful groomer that we used recently.
