Fun at the Doctor
Grace from Tampa, FLOthello-BinxMaybe it wasn't the best time for Othello, but the staff at VCA were just as nice as can be. From Gisele who checked us in (who also has a black cat!), our technician (who held Othello lovingly, and complimented how handsome he was - thank you!), and of course Dr. Berlin, I felt at home with people who cared about my pet's needs as much as me. They took as much time as needed to explain things, making me never feel rushed. I even got a call today from Dr. Berlin personally following up on Othello's test results. I'm quite happy, and look forward to our next visit, and hopefully a long life with my boy thanks to VCA. Thanks again!
