Lindsay is an RVT here at VCA Sugar Grove. She's lived in the Indianapolis area all her life. She's always had a special connection with animals, and working with them seemed to come naturally. She started working at a veterinary hospital in downtown Indy when she was 14. She learned a lot there and decided she wanted to go to school to become a registered Veterinary Technician. Lindsay graduated from The Vet Tech Institute in 2011 with an Associates Degree in Applied Animal Science. She was married in 2006, and now she and her husband have two young and beautiful children. They also have one very happy Boston Terrier named Angus, and two Siamese mixed cats named Hatfield & McCoy. Lindsay's been at VCA Sugar Grove for 3 years now and LOVES working here! She especially loves the clients, pets, her co-workers and hopes to stay for a very long time.
Registered Veterinary TechnicianDeAndra Houchin
DeAndra began her journey in the veterinary field as a high school intern in 2004. From there she was trained as an assistant and then proceeded to get her license as an Registered Veterinary Technician. DeAndra loves being a part of the team at VCA Sugar Grove and enjoys getting to know the clients and their pets. At home, she has a flock of her own that includes her parrot Bloke, dog Remington and a kitten named Charlie. As well as her two daughters! In case that's not enough to keep her busy, she also enjoys hiking, camping and doing crafts.

Cassie is a recent graduate of the Vet Tech Institute with an Associates in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. She loves being able to work somewhere with people that all share such a great passion for animals and their well being. Outside of work Cassie enjoys time spent with her 4 legged children: Tucker & Trixie. In her spare time she loves cooking, boating, and spending time with friends and family.
Registered Veterinary TechnicianKevin Williams
Kevin decided to go back to school to become a veterinary technician after being a high school Chemistry teacher for 13 years. He has been an RVT for almost 2 years and greatly enjoys the variety of experiences his new career has given him. Kevin has been married for 15 years to his lovely wife and they have a wonderful 2 year old son. His family also includes a beautiful 5-year old long haired German Shepherd named Elsie. Kevin has been in Indianapolis for about 10 years after spending time in North Carolina, Virginia & Arkansas. He really loves living in Broad Ripple and being outdoors with his family.
