Hospital ManagerSusie Clements
Susie Clements has been a devoted team member of VCA Animal Hospitals beginning in November of 2002. During her career within the veterinarian profession, she has obtained extensive professional training in veterinary technology, customer service and hospital business management. Her passion for animal care, animal well being and client education are of top priority in her personal and professional life. Why I joined the Veterinary Field: "I am a strong advocate for all living things, I believe in offering a voice for those who can not speak and going above and beyond to meet the needs of domestic pets, wildlife, and our environment. I enjoy working with our team to be advocates for our patients and assisting families to provide the best medical care possible".
Office ManagerAlaina Grimm
Alaina's diverse background includes human resources, office administration and she is also a certified dog obedience trainer. Alaina enjoys working with dogs to assist them in meeting their full obedience capacity. She finds that assisting families to meet their dog obedience goals is very rewarding. Alaina also finds great joy in meeting the needs of each individual patient that comes to our hospital. Providing support to assist patients in living a long and happy life is a daily goal. Alaina loves her fur family too, Bella, Free and Loader are her cats, and Eli is her silly chocolate lab! She enjoys spending time with her family, photography and the outdoors. Why I joined the Veterinary field: I enjoy working at VCA because of the talented doctors we are so fortunate to have. The compassion and knowledge they have and pass along is incredible. I feel safe to have my animal family cared for here; I know and trust that they are in good hands. I would love to continue to grow in this field, I feel this is the place I belong and can prosper the most. I get a sense of accomplishment leaving at the end of each day, if I can put a smile on at least one person or pet's face, I feel great!
