Meet Our Team
The dedicated individuals who comprise our veterinary team are what make it possible for us to accomplish our mission of the best in quality veterinary care for your pets, and also exceptional customer service to you. Our team consists of five veterinarians, five reception staff, a medical records processor, 11 veterinary technicians, a kennel manager, an office manager and a hospital manager. We value each of these team members as equally important, for they all play a critical role in providing our total service to you and your pets. Following are the steps we take to ensure that each team member is able to provide you with the best veterinary care and service possible. All new staff undergo a scheduled 3–6 week training and testing program (depending on prior experience) to ensure that we provide consistent, quality service to you. Training manuals, training checklists and testing per position type are used. Customer service (staff) meetings are held weekly to applaud and recognize our good service, and also to formulate and discuss improvement for service that fell below our quality standards or unsatisfactory service reported to us by our clients. Continuing education on both veterinary medicine and customer service topics is provided both in-house and at outside professional meetings, for not only the veterinarians, but also for the entire staff.
