Hooray for VCA, Quincy

-Kerrilee Shea,John Killilea from Quincy, MA
Pet Name: Bunny

John and I adopted a mini daschund we wanted to make sure we got her the best care. We did alot of research and found the VCA of Quincy. The desk staff was friendly, kind, and informative. Bunny saw the nurse, and Dr. Walker, and she liked them so we knew this was the right place for her. We had many questions for we are new dog owners and Dr. Walker spent the time to answer our questions and give us great advice.

Thank you VCA for being so wonderful with our new puppy. Bunny thanks you for the yummy treats.

Kerrilee and John

Wonderful care

-Heather Johnson from Quincy, MA
Pet Name: Sampson

My kitty Sampson was diagnosed with diabetes over the summer. He'd lost a lot of weight, was lethargic, and I was very concerned about caring for him properly. With assessment, guidance, and wonderful care and advice from Dr. Walker, assurance and help from Becky with blood glucose monitor training, and overall support and compassion from Mary and Eileen, Sam and I are both well on the road to recovery. This awesome team really helped to make a scary experience much easier for me and my kitty to bear. Thank you so very much!

A note of thanks

-Mary Cook from Quincy, MA
Pet Name: Nathan

Being new in the Quincy area, I was referred to VCA Quincy by a family member. My older cat was in need of continuing his yearly exams. I was very happy with the care given Nathan at Quincy VCA. Just after Christmas I found him to be lethargic and the New Year coming on, just before his upcoming yearly. I called the office and explained the problems and was very happy with advice given by Mary at the front desk. She felt the problems might be more serious than appeared and referred me to South Shore VCA, where their facilities could handle a possible serious problem. Nathan's file was brought to South Shore for review. With an MRI they were able to diagnose a terminal condition. He was 13 years old and had all these years in good health. Thanks to Dr. W. for his care during these final two years at Quincy VCA, and further thanks to the Technicians who assist at the office. They are a caring group.
