Dear Dr Battah,
Just wanted to thank you and your staff again for going out of your way to squeeze us in last week, during what was I'm sure a hectic week. It was very considerate of you all to let us swing by on our way back to Connecticut, especially since we were obviously not going to be regular patients at your center!
We were impressed with the friendliness, courtesy and cleanliness of the hospital, and your commitment to making things as easy as possible on your patients and their owners. "Mimi" was very comfortable in the office, and we appreciated the accommodations you made so that we didn't have to wait, thereby allowing us to get back on the road as quickly as possible.
The follow-up phone call we received the other day was also a very personal touch; we're sorry that we can't make your center our regular veterinary home, as it is clear that you have a great facility. -

Thank you for the nice check-up you gave "Freckles". You were very thorough and very nice with her, I appreciate the good advice to cut back on the fat and give her special chewies for her teeth.
I'm always pleased by the care she receives by all of you and the groomer.
You must really enjoy what you do. I remember the first time I met you several years ago, you checked out "Rocky". You are as nice now as you were then, thorough, gentle, very caring and you don't seem to age at all. "Freckles" truly is a wonderful dog. I would not change a thing about her, the whole world can be yucky and then there is my "Freckles", so enthusiastic about something so simple as a car ride.
She has helped me in so many ways, I have some heart problems and for me it's good to have her so I'm not focused on myself so much. She seems happy & that's the whole idea. Thanks again for everything! -

Dr Hall has been treating my African Grey parrot, "Tyke" for all her 19 years. He saved her life when she was less than 1 year old and taught me to give her hypodermic injections to continue her home care. Dr Hall is very gentle, caring & knowledge about birds. I trust him with my "teenager". -

Soothing, thorough exam

We saw Dr. Kerri Cooper-Bailey today and she gave my fearful dog a very complete exam speaking gently to her the whole time and being very patient. She made the whole experience more bearable for my dog and also took the time for a very informative talk with me including dietary discussion. I highly recommend her and this practice to anyone who loves their pet! -

I just wanted say a huge thank you to Dr Herr for fixing my baby Toby. He still struggles a little climbing steps but I am sure within the next day or so that will be a memory for him. He is back to himself and it is nice to see the sparkle in his eyes, his toys are so happy that someone is playing with them again but I am sure his energy will once again zap me before long.
