    Cathy Dull

    Cathy has been a receptionist at  VCA Smoketown since 1985. Cathy is also involved with dog training here at the hospital. In her sparetime she enjoys gardening.

    " I do what I do because I really enjoy helping people with their pets. Because I am part of the client service team I feel like I can be an important part of the client's experience".

    Becki Wild

    Becki has been with VCA Smoketown since 2005, before coming to Smoketown Becki worked at VCA Bridgeport Animal Hospital in the kennel. In her spare time Becki enjoys reading, gardening, spending time with family & friends.

    '"I chose to work in this field because I have always had a love for animals. With animals, you get to experience unconditional love and a whole new and interesting world of medicine".

    Julie Cruz

    Jules started here at VCA Smoketown in 2005 as a receptionist and has grown into the Client Care position, where she is able to do what she loves. She says "the best part of my job is connecting with pet parents and assisting them with all their concerns about their four legged loved ones."  In her spare time she enjoys cooking, shopping, the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

    " As my daily job involves mostly our human clients after their visit to our hospital, I enjoy doing what I do because I find it rewarding to ensure that our clients' needs and expectations have been met and exceeded."

    Shirley Landis

    Shirley started working at VCA Bridgeport Animal Hospital in 1979 and joined our team at VCA Smoketown in 2012.  She started working in the kennels and just fell in love with the animals and decided this is where her heart was meant to be. When not working Shirley  enjoys reading, sewing and  spending time with her husband Jim, adult children, and her dogs Sophie, Pippin & Leila.  

    " I enjoy being a veterinay receptionist because I love working with people and spending time with their pets everyday. I enjoy building relationships with clients as I get to know them."

    Kim Leib

    Kim has been with VCA Smoketown since 2000. In her spare time Kim enjoys hiking, camping, swimming & reading. Kim has 2 dogs, Lacey Marie (Standard Poodle) and Libbi (Border Collie Mix).

    " I love coming in to work and experiencing something new and different every day. At the end of the day, being able to spend my days taking care of the animals and clients makes this such a rewarding job."

    Jannelle Zook

    Jannelle has been with VCA Smoketown Aninal Hospital since May, 2011. Jannelle started out in the kennel and is now a receptionist. In her spare time Jannelle enjoys art and biking.

    "I am a receptionist at VCA Smoketown because I enjoy working with people and their pets. Seeing people and their pets leave happy is a great joy to me. If I can make someone's day better, then I've done my job".
