As a complimentary medical facility, we work closely with our patient's primary care veterinarians to provide patient care. Our clinical staff assesses our patient's total health and considers their lifestyle when developing goals and treatment plans for inpatient, outpatient, and home care.
We understand our patient's physical limitations, we have made every effort to accommodate their special needs, and provide a soothing environment to reduce the stresses potentially associated with hospital visits:

- All patient areas have 100% rubber, high-traction flooring.
- Comfortable floor mats in treatment and evaluation areas.
- Dogs work towards a mural of a wooded park while on the treadmill.
- Relaxing music plays in all areas.
- Separate entrance and reception desk is away form main hospital area.
