  • Trusted care and valued relationships...

-Tim Greusel and Ed Babiarz from Sinking Spring, PA
    Pet Name: Freda

Pet Image Our "family" has been cared for and nurtured by the fantastic staff at VCA for 17 years. Each and every member of the staff loves our "family" members as much as we do. Dr. Brockmeier always greets our little Freda with hugs and kisses and does her magic with compassion, grace and the highest level of professional expertise. We rely on the veterinarians, technicians and support staff and they have never let us down. It is an honor to say that over the years, the staff have become our friends.

  • Compassion

    -Maryann Mahoney from Bernville, PA

We have 8 little dogs ranging in age from 7-17, some rescue some raised pups. The services at VCA Sinking Spring are exceptional and the staff are caring and compassionate. Having 8 dogs is an expense and I have found VCA very responsive and respectful of providing the optimal care of my pets while keeping costs contained when at all possible. One of my rescues, Fluffy came to me in lieu of being euthanized due to a severe and rapidly deteriorating blood disorder. My VCA vet worked closely with me while I provided Fluffy with round the clock care. Working together, we got Fluffy into remission and continues to enjoy good health to this day. As a retired RN, I know good doctors whether they be human or canine and I have nothing but praise for the VCA Vet staff. If quality veterinary care for the best price is your goal, try VCA Sinking Spring with my highest recommendation!

  • Pierce

-Western Berks Fire Department from Wernersville, PA
    Pet Name: Pierce

Pet Image On behalf of all the personnel from the Western Berks Fire Department, I would like to thank the VCA - Sinking Spring staff for the dedication and compassion displayed in the care of one of our long-time members, Pierce. Pierce came into our lives over fourteen years ago and became an icon of the Sinking Spring station until he was laid to rest earlier this week. During that time, the VCA - Sinking Spring donated their services to the department for the care of our friend. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for the department!!!

    Thank you,
    Jeffrey S. Weidner
    Fire Commissioner
    Western Berks Fire Department

  • Such a Great Staff

    -Jennifer from Wernersville, PA
    Pet Name: Tyson

I have never taken my dog to the vet and felt like the vet or staff cared much just a routine type thing. However this office is extraordinary, I was treated like family and like my dog was one of their dogs. It's so refreshing to know that good caring people are left in the world and you somehow got them all jobs at this office. Thank you so much for taking good care of my baby boy in his last moments and for the card in the days to follow. That speaks volumes and helps me cope knowing he was in good hands. I'll miss my Tyson but with the help of the vets here I know I made the right choice. Thank you all again so much.

  • lovin care

-chad missy fisher from west lawn, PA
    Pet Name: Bear

I want to thank you for the excellent care of our new puppy Bear!

  • Knee Surgery

    -Sarah from Reading, PA

I called Dr. Krick after speaking with several local vets about my dog's limp. Dr. Krick was listened patiently on the phone and described in detail the surgery and recovery. My husband and I took him in and sure enough, he and his staff were able to do Trochleoplasty and my dog was healed within a month. Dr. Krick and his team are so friendly and they truly know that your dog is family! Thank you.

  • Thank you for many wonderful years of care

    -Aimee Najarian from Troutman, NC
    Pet Name: Willie

Pet Image I met Dr. Krick and his staff back in 1991. At the time I had a small pup named Sydney. Since then, I've added 11 cats ("kids") to our family. Even though I've recently moved out of the state, I just want to say that through all of the illness and issues, Dr. Krick and his staff ALWAYS gave the best care! No question I asked was left unanswered. I also want to say that the level of compassion from the staff was simply outstanding and greatly appreciated. It was not only for my "kids", but for me as well. I miss all of you!

  • Caring, Compassionate Staff

-Renee Rozetar from Sinking Spring, PA
    Pet Name: Aurora

My husband and I want to thank you again for the excellent care and compassion you showed to us and our husky Aurora. You were recommended by other family members who were equally impressed. We will continue to bring our 10 year old puppy to you, hopefully for years to come.

  • A Place for Kyzer

    -Heather Yob from Dauberville, PA
    Pet Name: Kyzer

What can I say, my sweet boy Kyzer has always been a shy dog. Never really liked the vet office and he was a hand full. Not that anyone was ever mean to him, you ave always had to earn his love and trust. He formed a lump on his eye and my regular vet did not do the procedure to remove it, so we had to go hunting for someone that did. We came across this facility and I am so glad I did. My animals are my kids and I love them dearly, like so many of us do. So I naturally want him to be comfortable, well....when we came for his first visit, he was so calm and comfortable. It was like I had a different dog. He has been very unsociable lately because we had to put his brother to sleep four months ago, and fortunately we are all healing from this together. When we walked into the building everyone was so nice and happy and he was so at peace. When we took him back to the room, he was not the handful he used to be. Needless to say, we have a new vet. I told the girl, Kyzer chose this place because he was treated with so much love and respect. It means the world to me that he finally found a place he does not have panic at.

  • Thank You

    -Bonnie Love from wernersville, PA

A special thank you to the Dr's and the great staff at your hospital for the very professional care given to my two kittens, Moose and Macy, during their spaying and Neutering procedures. The laser surgery was most impressive and Macy's recovery was uneventful. Both cats surgeries were done the same day. After coming back home they went immediately to their toys and started playing. Neither one had any idea what they had done. The post-op phone calls were greatly appreciated. I would recommend your facilities to all. Moose especially loved watching the stars on the waiting room ceiling.
    Thank You again, Bonnie Love
