I took a veterinary asst. course over 10 years ago and had to put in clinical hours at the veterinary hospital that I went to. I learned so much about my pets care that I did not know about and really enjoyed seeing what went on behind the scenes. I do what I do because of my love for all animals and have a strong customer service background.
Also, Brittany Wagner should be moved from kennel to the receptionist area - and indicated as administrative assistant
