I received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of Zulia in Venezuela in 1994. I joined the VCA Simmons Animal Hospital team in August of 2023.

My professional interests include surgery, internal medicine, and ophthalmology. I also have an interest in neurology, due to previous experience working as a veterinary technician at a specialty hospital. I like being able to talk to my clients and educate them about the clinical case that their pet is presenting.

In my spare time, I enjoy drawing and painting, working out, spending time with family and friends, and watching movies.

I have a dog, Tachy, and two cats, Nightbird and Orion.
