    Issy Cook

    Issy began working with us in 2004 as a receptionist. She moved here from New York City and previously spent several years working at the Bronx Zoo. Issy became our Reception Supervisor in February 2009.

    Issy enjoys spending time with her husband Curtis and their 4 kids. She also has 4 dogs and 3 cats at home.

    Issy is fluent in Spanish and is here to assist our Spanish speaking community!

    Michelle Bozeat
    School: Niagara County Community College, Associates

    Michelle joined Shop City Animal Hospital in December of 2005. She had previous veterinary experience working at another veterinary hospital as well as the Humane Association. Michelle also has several years of customer service experience as well. In her spare time Michelle enjoys spending time with her 4 cats, Marleigh, Minnie, Marbles and Pedro.
