Neal Villaneuva, DVM, Associate Veterinarian

DVM, Michigan State University

Meet Dr. Villanueva!  Growing up in California and Hawaii, Dr. Villanueva would appear to be a long way from home.  In reality, he has called the Midwest home since 1986, earning his doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University in 1991 (Go Green!) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawaii in animal Science.  He has worked in large and small animal practices, emergency practice, and spent time as an educator and program director of a veterinary technology program.  A baseball enthusiast, you will find him and his wife and 6 kids romping around the country, visiting major and minor league ballparks,  He is also the proud owner of two Petit Bassett Griffon Vendeens (contrary to prior beliefs, this is a pure-bred dog breed), which is French for "Everything is a toy", a miniature long-haired dachshund, two cats, and a flock of feathered companions.
